About Us

HanTech Precision Company has been specializing in machining parts for variety of different customers since 2007. We have over 200 employees and 54 CNC lathes and 24

machining centers. With the purchases of new machines allows us to stay ahead of the competition in how we set up and run jobs. This allows us to maintain delivery of

a quality product, on time, and at a competitive price, all in an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

Rapid growth in several of the industries serviced by HanTech Precision during the past few years prompted the need for additional manufacturing space. In 2015,
HanTech Precision moved into a brand new 60,000 square foot facility. Throughout this major transition, HanTech Precision has insisted on maintaining delivery of a

quality product, on time, and at a competitive price, all in an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

Milling

HanTech Precision has established a reputation for excellent standards in innovative precision milling services – CNC milling, 3D milling, manual prototype and 4th

axis machining centres.

We are able to machine components in a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, titanium and plastics from prototype work to production

runs.

Our continual investment in the latest technology ensures that we are able to supply parts to the highest quality whilst remaining competitive.

We have within our extensive plant the following machines:

    Milling CNC up to 1100mm x 670mm x 750mm
    24 CNC Mills (CNC Machining Center), 3-4 axis machine
    3 x prototype mills – CNC control

   

Turning
HanTech Precision’s innovative precision turning services include CNC turning, CNC Sliding Head Machining and manual prototype turning.

We are able to machine components in a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Bronze, Hasteloy and Plastics – from prototype work up

to batches of 100,000 plus. Our continual investment in the latest technology ensures that we are able to supply parts to the highest quality whilst remaining

competitive.

We have within our extensive turning section the following machines:

    46 CNC sliding head mill / turn centres from 1mm to 32mm
    8 CNC twin turret, twin spindle mill turn centres – 12mm to 65mm from bar, up to 10 inches in billet form
    8 CNC Auto lathes up to 15” diameter

reduction, process capability analysis, and process improvement plans.

   

APQP

    Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed to help organizations effectively plan the design and development of a new product. The Automotive Industry

Action Group (AIAG) has developed an approach to this process by providing a set of stages, gates, deliverable, and guidelines, which have been acknowledged by the

automotive industry as the accepted standard, and supports the requirements described in ISO/TS 16949 standard.
