    Turning
HanTech Precision’s innovative precision turning services include CNC turning, CNC Sliding Head Machining and manual prototype turning.

We are able to machine components in a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Bronze, Hasteloy and Plastics – from prototype work up to batches of 100,000 plus. Our continual investment in the latest technology ensures that we are able to supply parts to the highest quality whilst remaining competitive.

We have within our extensive turning section the following machines:

    46 CNC sliding head mill / turn centres from 1mm to 32mm
    8 CNC twin turret, twin spindle mill turn centres – 12mm to 65mm from bar, up to 10 inches in billet form
    8 CNC Auto lathes up to 15” diameter

Advance Technology

In HanTech, we are using the most stable imported high quality and accuracy milling and turning combination machine. This combination machine is equivalent to use many different types of machine (or different processes) to produce a single part in the traditional way. This combination machine so called  advanced manufacturing technology machine becomes very popular in recent years. The most advantage for this kind of CNC machine is able to process different processes by just clamped the parts in a machine. The buyback of this CNC machine, beside increase the productivity, its can also improve the machining accuracy, shorten the production cycle time, saving the production floor area and also reduce numbers of jig and fixture, handling process and storage space.
Our machines in the plant, all are imported either from Japan or Switzerland. With this machine, our parts can be produced just using a single machine and this will help us to save our production cost in term of productivity and the most important, its help to enhance our product quality and also maintain our product quality!
