SPC Controlled

    Statistical process control (SPC) involves using statistical techniques to measure and analyze the variation in processes. Most often used for manufacturing processes, the intent of SPC is to monitor product quality and maintain processes to fixed targets. Statistical quality control refers to using statistical techniques for measuring and improving the quality of processes and includes SPC in addition to other techniques, such as sampling plans, experimental design, variation reduction, process capability analysis, and process improvement plans.

    APQP

    Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed to help organizations effectively plan the design and development of a new product. The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) has developed an approach to this process by providing a set of stages, gates, deliverable, and guidelines, which have been acknowledged by the automotive industry as the accepted standard, and supports the requirements described in ISO/TS 16949 standard.

During the manufacturing, our project engineer will follow up personally to ensure the project carried out smoothly and you can able to get the detailed information about the progress of each of the parts. We will provide the report which is the detail information concerning the progress of the project from time to time or on the request of customer.
